Yes, we offer easy and fast exchanges. You can fill in the exchange form found on our website, or simply by contacting us through our platforms and we will lead you directly to the exchange form.
However, if the tags are ripped or taken off the item, the exchange will not be applicable anymore.
DO YOU ALLOW REFUNDS?
We allow refund within 7 days of receiving your order but please make sure to keep the items in their original packaging and all the tags on so we can process your request
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Shipping takes 1-6 working days.
CAN I OPEN THE PACKAGE OR TRY IT ON BEFORE GIVING THE COURIER THE FEES?
Unfortunately, you cannot! The couriers are not allowed to return with an open package. Please pay your fees to the courier and let us know if you’d like to exchange your item.
